LASER CUTTING OF SHEET METAL

Laser cutting is a modern, precise and most importantly quick way of cutting sheet metal.
Metal cutting laser allows to produce parts of any complex geometric shapes and to withstand the demand of high-quality to the edge of the product without additional mechanical treatments. As for the customer and for us this cutting not only saves time and resources without affecting the quality of the finished product.

For cutting metal parts, we use laser machine BYSTRONIC BYSTAR 4020 (Switzerland).
The machine is equipped with a program control (CNC), which allows to cut a blank from metal complex contour. There are restrictions on the thickness of the metal, it depends on the type of material and level of quality imposed on the faces of the slice.
For the manufacture of parts on CNC equipment we requested, or produce a specific drawing format such as dxf file (contour scan 1: 1 with AutoCAD), which layout is done in metal with optimal placement of parts on the plane of the sheet.

When working with customer-furnished raw materials and the availability of dxf files for cutting time for manufacturing is reduced to 3-5 working days, depending on the scope of work.

Nests are conducted using thermal action on the metal of certain gases under high pressure. Black steel cut out with the help of oxygen with a thickness of 0.5 mm to 10 mm and stainless steel from 0.5 mm to 2.5 mm. other thicknesses of stainless steel and aluminum we use nitrogen. Maximum thickness of cutting with nitrogen 6 mm. dimensions of table working surface 2500 mm x 4000 mm. the Leaves of this format is not convenient to use, for these reasons, they are usually cut into pieces on the agreed technological map of cutting.
Also using a laser CNC equipment we can cut the profile of the pipe. Allowable pipe length up to 3000 mm rectangular or square cross-section with a wall thickness of not more than 5 mm.
